Can i try before i buy?
Yes, we offer rentals and demos! You can either head to our rentals page to book a rental or get in touch to organise a demo.
Do you offer a local pickup?
Yes, our warehouse is located in Belrose, NSW, and you can pick up from here. We just require a few hours to get your order ready. If it's super urgent, call us to arrange it straight away.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard free shipping on all orders over $100 takes 3 - 8 days or for express shipping, it's 1 - 4 days depending on your location.
Do you delivery on weekends?
No, our couriers deliver on workdays during the week only. If you wish to book in a pick up on a weekend it has to be arranged prior to the weekend.
What locations do you offer rentals and demos?
Currently, we only offer rentals and demos in Sydney.
What is your return policy?
