How do I book a rental?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your desired equipment and the time slot that suits you, and complete the booking process online. If you have any special requests or questions, you can also contact us directly.

Can I pick up the equipment, or do you offer delivery?

You have the option to pick up your rented equipment from our factory in Belrose. Alternatively, for a $150 delivery fee, we can deliver the equipment to a location of your choice within the Sydney Region.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental period?

In the event of damage, we will assess the extent and charge for repairs accordingly. We recommend handling the equipment with care to avoid any additional charges.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking. However, please note that cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a fee.

Are there any restrictions on where I can use the rented equipment?

The use of our equipment should comply with local laws and water safety regulations. We advise you to use the equipment in safe and designated water areas only.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is typically half a day, but this can vary depending on the equipment. There is no maximum rental period; however, long-term rentals will need to be discussed and arranged in advance.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Yes, we can deliver on weekends but this must be booked and request in advance.
