What we collect and why

  • Device information (browser, IP address, time zone, cookie data, pages viewed, search terms): collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies to load the Site correctly and to analyse and improve it.
  • Order information (name, billing and shipping address, payment details, email, phone): collected when you place an order, so we can fulfil it, process payment, arrange delivery, send confirmations, and screen for fraud.
  • Customer support information: anything you share when you contact us, used to provide support.
  • Booking information: dates, times and delivery addresses you provide when booking rentals, lessons or demos.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the store, and only for the purposes described above:

  • Shopify, which powers our online store — Shopify privacy policy
  • Klaviyo (email marketing), Junip (product reviews), IzyRent (rental & lesson bookings), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics)
  • Meta and Google for analytics and advertising — you can opt out of targeted advertising via Facebook ad settings, Google ad settings, or optout.aboutads.info
  • Authorities where required to comply with applicable laws, a subpoena or other lawful request.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you've opted in (for example via our newsletter signup), and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the Site working (cart, checkout, login), to measure how the Site is used, and to support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings — see allaboutcookies.org. For the full list of cookies Shopify sets, see shopify.com/legal/cookies. Because there is no consistent industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them.

Your rights

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the details above. Retention and changes

When you place an order, we retain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.
