Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our Brookvale NSW warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Prefer to collect? Free pickup from Brookvale is available on everything we sell — just choose pickup at checkout or call us on 0421 424 176 to arrange a time.
Aqua Club gear — docks, sea pools, inflatables & accessories
- Standard shipping: $25 flat — FREE on orders over $500. Delivery in 3–8 business days.
- Express shipping: $50 (orders under $500), $100 (orders $500–$2,000), $200 (orders over $2,000). Delivery in 1–4 business days.
- Pumps ordered on their own: $15 standard, free over $100.

E-Foils ship as insured oversized freight, Australia-wide:
- NSW, QLD & ACT — $300
- VIC, SA & TAS — $400
- WA & NT — $800
SEABOB
SEABOBs ship as insured oversized freight:
- NSW & QLD — $300
- VIC — $400
- WA — $800

Rentals
Rental gear can be picked up free from our Brookvale warehouse, or delivered and collected within the Sydney region for a fee ($50 each way, selected at booking). We deliver to marinas and berths — tell us where the boat is and we'll bring the gear to you.
