Bookings

Trident Club members on the Unlimited Plan wont have to pay anything to book. Just message your local manager and let him know when you are coming. Booked in the same fashion, Explorer Plan members will however be expected to pay the discounted member prices. These prices can always be seen in the Jetskis section located on the navigation bar.

Availability

Bookings are first come first serve and with a few day’s notice we can always accommodate a booking. For members who on Saturday ask for a jetski on Sunday, you still have a very high chance of a ski being available. For public holidays, a few week’s notice should guarantee a ski for you. New skis are being added to the fleet all the time.

Cancellations

Membership deposits are held for the period of your membership +30 days. Cancelation of your membership in the first 12 months results in forfeiture of deposit. Bookings are paid upfront and can be refunded for bad weather or within 24-hour notice.

Insurance

There is no insurance for jetski rentals in Australia. However, with the right training provided by our staff, there are very limited dangers on the water. Extremely high-risk activities such as surf tow-ins and wave jumping are not permitted. TridentCover is included all Trident Club plans and covers 50% of all jetski damage over the cost of $500.

Pickup

When you pickup the Jetski on its trailer at one of our facilities you will need to complete the Club Member Pickup form by scanning the QR code on the Jetski. Please follow the prompts and ask your manager any questions if needed. This is your duty as a club member and responsible skipper. Please take it seriously.

Delivery

Our Cleaning and Refuelling Fee automatically applies to all deliveries. This is the only cost you will pay for deliveries to our local ramp. For deliveries to alternative destinations please obtain a quote from your local manager. Deliveries take a huge amount of extra time from our staff to complete and so we do ask members to work towards self sufficiency as soon as possible.

Fair Usage Policy

No block booking every Saturday or weekend because you can. Book the days you need and that’s it. Be respectful to others. No scamming people, subleasing the jetskis, or letting people without licenses drive. Those who are found to be acting in bad faith will be asked to leave the club. It’s that simple.

Membership Pause

Just like renting an apartment, if you go on vacation you don’t get a few weeks free. You will probably not use the jetski 52 times in a year, so the likelihood that a week will pass and you will not have used the ski is very high. This is not a reason to pause a membership. In extreme circumstances, such as medical reasons, will we pause memberships.

Extra Fees

We only have 1 fee in addition to your membership. That is our Cleaning and Refuelling Fee. $50+fuel will be charged if a staff member needs to clean and or refill the jetski for you after use. Jetskis should be made ready for the next member.
